Location
Tinbergen Institute is located in both Amsterdam and Rotterdam. TI Amsterdam is located near railway station Amsterdam Zuid and is close to Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, one of the participating host universities. TI Rotterdam is located at the heart of the lively Erasmus University campus.
The Netherlands, and especially Rotterdam and Amsterdam, have a lot to offer to international students. Both cities have a vibrant social and cultural environment and offers numerous theaters, cafés, museums, parks, canals and other recreational opportunities. Their environs offer more bucolic distractions, such as beaches, sand dunes, waterways, forests and wide-open spaces.
