Cars Hommes President Society for Computational Economics
TI fellow Cars Hommes was elected President of the Society for Computational Economics (SCE). His term will run from 2014 to 2016.
The Society was founded in 1995 and is based in the United States. SCE promotes computational methods in economics and finance including the usage of computers for enhancement of research in economics. The discipline of computational economics explores the intersection of economics and computation.
