Biography

Coen is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Erasmus School of Economics. Coen analyzes data to gain new insights on issues of social and economic inequality with a particular interest in how conditions in early childhood affect later life outcomes. Through his academic work Coen contributes to the public debate on questions such as “when is inequality unfair?” and “how can society and individuals better reach their full potential?”
