Arjan Non
Biography
Arjan Non is lecturer and researcher at Erasmus University Rotterdam
His main research interests are the effects of monetary and non-monetary incentives on employee motivation and self-selection into organizations. He is also interested in the relation between personality traits and academic achievement. After obtaining his Phd in 2011 at Erasmus University Rotterdam, he worked at Maastricht University and the University of Bonn.
